1. Agreement

By using QuizMantra, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

2. What QuizMantra is

QuizMantra is a daily quiz game: 5 core questions, 2 bonus questions, and 1 Eternity Stone question, published once a day and the same for every player. You can play the core 5 as a guest, without an account; signing in (Google, Apple, or email) unlocks the full set, saves your streak and score, and adds you to leaderboards.

3. Accounts

• You're responsible for keeping access to your sign-in method (Google, Apple, or the email you use for magic links) secure.
• One account per person. Don't create accounts to manipulate streaks, leaderboards, or referrals.
• QuizMantra is intended for users 13 and older.

4. Acceptable use

Don't:

• Automate gameplay, scrape questions/answers, or use bots
• Attempt to access another user's account or data
• Use an offensive or impersonating display name
• Interfere with the service or attempt to disrupt it for other players

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Content

Quiz questions, scoring logic, badges, and the QuizMantra name and branding belong to QuizMantra. Your display name and avatar remain yours — by using the service you allow us to show them to other users in the ways described in our Privacy Policy (e.g. on leaderboards).

6. Streaks, badges, and Eternity Stones

Streaks, XP, badges, and Eternity Stones are in-app recognition of your play. They have no cash value, can't be transferred, sold, or redeemed, and may be adjusted or reset if we find evidence of cheating.

7. Service availability

We aim to publish a new set every day, but the service is provided "as is," without guarantees that it will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, QuizMantra isn't liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
